Reliable Reporting and Billing
Our Initial Report, daily office notes, Monthly Update Reports, and Final Release Statement are sent routinely, at no charge, with our monthly billings and will be certified for use in court, upon request. We will also issue a certified Patient Ledger upon completion of treatment. In addition, we carefully document our treatment and support our charges and will be happy to compose letters and other materials for your use in documenting complicated cases.
We have an efficient billing and bill tracking system in place to minimize the need for your office to be concerned with insurance collections.
IME Experience
We are qualified to do an Impairment Ratings per the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment and will write a report based upon our findings for your use in negotiations or suits. In the event of an IME cutoff, we will write an aggressive IME rebuttal.
Collaborative Care
We routinely consult with and refer to other medical professionals, and are well-connected to a broad network of traditional and complimentary medical professionals.
Communication
We are always accessible for phone consults and/or in-person meetings. We are available to participate in depositions and arbitrations and, if necessary, to testify in court.
